A. No need to register, use a credit card or debit card through Paypal

1) Choose your items and add them to your shopping cart, click the button “View Cart and Check out”

2) When you are about to finish the shopping, choose a credit card or debit card.

    You just need to fill in your credit card or debit card numbers.

You can also click the button “PayPal Checkout”, to fill in your credit card or debit card numbers.

3) Complete your shopping by entering the information and make payment as per the procedures on site.

 

B. Create a Paypal account to make payment

1) Choose your items and add them to your shopping cart, click the button  “View Cart and Check out”.

2）When you are about to finish the shopping, click the button “PayPal Checkout” or “PayPal Credit”.

①Click “PayPal Checkout”, then log in to your PayPal account make payment as per the procedures on site.

②Click “PayPal Credit”, enter your PayPal information to log in to your account and complete your shopping. You can also choose to create your PayPal account if you don’t have one.

To check how many LILYSILK Points you have accumulated please log into your DISANGNI account->select the "MY POINTS" section.

DISANGNI accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, DinersClub, Poli.
If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or your card is not suspended by the bank for a review. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest you try a different card or pay us via PayPal.

If the above instructions fail, please contact your bank or submit a ticket with as much detail as you could provide along with the error messages, so that we may assist you.

DISANGNI Points are usable on every purchase you make on Lilysilk.com. When you checkout, you will be given an option to enter the number of LILYSILK points you wish to redeem. The redeemed amount will be applied to the total of your current purchase instantly. DISANGNI Points earned from purchase cannot be used for the same purchase but will be usable for later purchases.

The express checkout is a feature we recently added to allow payment without registration on our website. To use it you have to be logged out of our website, just fill in your credit card or debit card numbers to make a payment. It's very safe.

Using this feature will bring you directly to Paypal. It allows you to skip the steps where you have to enter your email and your billing/shipping addresses. The email and addresses associated with your Paypal account will automatically be used instead. 

There is a drawback, however, since you did not register from our system, you will not be able to check the status of your order from our website and must rely on the tracking number of the delivery companies. You could decide if you prefer better tracking or a quicker checkout.

We accept the following currencies: US Dollar, Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, Japanese Yen, Hongkong Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Mexican Peso, New Zealand dollar, Danish Krona, Swedish Krona, Swiss franc.

The money will be taken immediately once it is authorized. An email will be sent to you to confirm your order. But if your card is not authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken. You may contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment. Please note that even if a payment isn't authorized, the transactions with LILYSILK will still continue. This occurs because some card issuers still hold the funds for a short period of time. We will process your order once we receive the payment, or you can choose to cancel the unpaid DISANGNI order.

3. Please kindly note that some promo coupon codes only apply to full priced items, they will not apply to an item that is on sale. 

Detailed personal information may be required to authorize your order.  If you have been asked to authorize your order it has been randomly selected and placed on hold by our fraud prevention team for further verification. It is our responsibility to protect our shoppers from any unwanted billings. If the order has not been authorized after one week, we are forced to believe it is fraudulent and the order will be subject to cancellation without further notice.
