What are DISANGNI Points (LP)?
DISANGNI Points is part of Disangni's latest customer support program (CRP), which aims to provide real and material monetary benefits to our existing customers. DISANGNI Points can be used on every purchase you make at disangnisilk.com, with an exchange rate of 100 points = 1 dollar.

How can I use LILYSILK Points?
LILYSILK Points can be used on every purchase you make at DISANGNISILK.com. When you go to the register, you will be given an option to enter the number of points you want to redeem. The redeemed amount will be applied directly to the total of your current purchase. DISANGNI Points earned on a purchase cannot be used for the same purchase but can be used for later purchases.

How can I get DISANGNI Points?
Normally, you will be awarded 1 DISANGNI Point for every dollar spent at DISANGNISILK.com. Some promotional events will offer more DISANGNI Points for each dollar offered or even offer direct reward points to your account.

How do I check how many DISANGNI Points I have?
You can check the number of your accumulated DISANGNI Points and your spending history in the Account Management section when you log in to our site under DISANGNI Points.

Do DISANGNI Points expire?
DISANGNI Points do not expire. Once they are earned, they will always be in your account. Accumulation and redemption policies may, however, change over time.

Can I pass my DISANGNI Points to others?
Currently, you are not allowed to pass your DISANGNI Points to others.

1. To apply the DISANGNI Points, you must log in our website with your registered account. When you check out, you can apply your LILYSILK Points in the “DISANGNI Points” part. The points available in your account will be displayed automatically. Just enter the amount of DISANGNI Points (100 DISANGNI Points=$1) you want to use and click “APPLY”. Then the money will be saved.

2. To apply the coupon code, just enter the coupon code you received into “Coupon Code”  part (You do not need to log in when applying the coupon code) and click “APPLY”. Then you will save the discount you received.

Please note that you can only apply one coupon code in the same order. If you apply the second coupon code, the first coupon code will be removed automatically.

There could be several reasons why.

Most of the time is that you have entered the email address or password incorrectly. If you signed in with Facebook the first time, you will need to click the "Sign in with Facebook" button to log in.

The reason for this is because you used our express checkout feature which allowed you to pay for your order without logging into our website. Since our ordering system has no way of knowing which account to associate your order with if you don’t log in, it cannot put the order on your account.

No, you don't need to register with DISANGNI to place orders.
